Chemical Brain Freeze® Training

Chemical Brain Freeze® gets to the heart of what leaders need to understand to better deal with difficult situations.  You’ve heard the expression “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.”? Sometimes when the heat gets turned up, we need to be at our best and we have to stay in the kitchen and make critical decisions. This training workshop demonstrates how to take a step back, re-group and then walk back into the hot kitchen more powerfully than before.

In this program you will learn why we behave the way we do in certain situations, due to how our brain works. In most cases, our behavior is based upon default behaviors, which can be out of our control during times of difficulty and stress. You will learn how to recognize these situations, take control and then be able to be your best when you need to be at your best.

You will be able to:

    • Understand how the brain works during stressful situations
    • Learn the skills to be your best in difficult situations
    • How to have those difficult conversations and control the situation

People will be able to:

      • Connect with others more effectively
      • Stay calm under pressure
      • Achieve better results

The skills and knowledge you acquire from this workshop can be applied immediately, both at work and at home.
